WELCOME

I’m Lynne, a licensed clinical social worker (for almost 30 years!) providing psychotherapy for adults, teens, and the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trust. Whether you’re coping with anxiety, past trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, therapy offers space to understand yourself more deeply and find new ways to move forward with confidence and self-compassion.

  • Telehealth sessions from home or your favorite comfortable space

  • EMDR therapy for trauma, anxiety, and stress management

  • Individual therapy for adults, teens, and tweens - tailored to client needs

  • Informed care for healing anxiety and the emotional impact of trauma

  • Specialized care for Deaf and hard-of -hearing individuals

Anti-Racism & Inclusion Policy

Equity and inclusion are at the core of my mission at the Empowerment Room. I will always support the fight against oppression, stigmatization, and marginalization. My values are in line with all that oppose racial and social injustice. And my practice is dedicated to the mission of promoting equality, safety and respect for all people.
