I’m Lynne, a licensed clinical social worker providing psychotherapy for adults, teens, and Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trust. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, therapy offers space to understand yourself more deeply and find new ways to move forward with and self-compassion and confidence.

Individual therapy is a collaborative, therapeutic process grounded in safety and confidentiality. Together, we explore your concerns, deepen self-awareness, and develop practical strategies to support emotional well-being, growth,
and lasting change.
