How do I create the changes I desire?

Change often leads to uncertainty and can cause significant stress. Stress can lead to feelings of anxiety, depression, anger and confusion. Letting go of the familiar and embracing new life situations is difficult. People are instinctively reactive and self-protective. Exposing our feelings about change -- whether about a new job or relationship, the loss of a loved one, a layoff from work or any other life event -- can make us feel vulnerable, confused and overwhelmed. 

I welcome the opportunity to support you in making choices that lead to a more joyful and fulfilling life. Let’s incorporate the tools we all need to make life what you want it to be. Together we can: 

  • Identify, honor and address difficult emotions that often inhibit a more peaceful, joyful life
