Individual therapy is a collaborative relationship between therapist and client. I work to provide a comfortable and supportive environment for you to explore all issues of concern.  Together we will examine goals related to:

Students

Students of all ages face times of rapid growth and change. I can assist as you connect classroom learning to its practical life application and as you establish a healthy self-identity among peers. You will enjoy a comfortable, safe space to explore thoughts and feelings. In private sessions and/or as a liaison with your school, my services can help you define and explore:
