The decision to seek therapy is highly personal. Whatever your reasons for wanting to work with a therapist, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or uncomfortable thoughts and behaviors, you want to find the right fit with a professional who will support your goals. As a therapist in Bucks County, PA, I have over 25 years of experience serving clients as they work towards  these types of goals and others.

I am a  Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist. Therapy for Teens and Adults in Bucks County

Everyone has extremely personal and unique reasons for considering therapy. Many individuals may be looking into this for the first time and are not sure what to expect. As a therapist in Bucks County, PA with 28 years experience, I understand that fear of the unknown can slow down efforts to obtain support.

I want people to know that considering therapy does not need to be difficult or stressful. I invite you to reach out, learn a bit more about me, and remember that therapy is a helpful tool that is available to you – but you control the process. You decide when you have found a “match” or a therapist that feels like a “fit”.

I offer both in-person appointments at my Yardley, PA office as well as telehealth sessions. In either format, sessions are private, comfortable, and focused on your goals and progress.

I specialize in therapy for a variety of Bucks County residents, including:

  • Teens and young adults
  • Adults of all ages who are in transition or looking for change
  • Deaf & Hard-of-hearing individuals who communicate in American Sign Language (ASL)

People of all ages go through challenges, recognize unhealthy behavior and decision making patterns, face difficult relationships, and experience uncomfortable  feelings. . In therapy, we take the time to delve into these issues while determining applicable solutions and effective strategies for change.

While making changes and achieving goals are ultimately up to you, support and feedback are always forthcoming throughout the process.
