Rates and Insurance

Please call or text 917.605.1006 or email lynne@lynnemoser.com to schedule a complimentary initial phone consultation and discuss fees. This conversation allows us to determine whether my clinical approach aligns with your needs and goals.

I am an out-of-network provider. Depending on your plan, services may be covered in full or in part through out-of-network benefits or an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

To better understand your coverage, you may wish to ask your insurance representative:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What are my out-of-network benefits?
• Is pre-authorization or pre-certification required?
• What is my deductible, and has it been met?
• How many sessions are covered per year?
• What percentage of each session is reimbursed?
• Is a referral required from my primary care physician?
   

Upon request, I will provide receipts for you to submit for reimbursement.

Payment is due at the time of each session. Accepted forms of payment include credit card (processed through HIPAA-compliant Ivy Pay), cash, and personal check.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations to avoid being charged for the scheduled session.
